How long does shipping take?

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at theifelife@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?

- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.
Are sale items refundable?
No, all sale and limited-edition items are final sale and cannot be returned.
