Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 
    • Pre-Orders: When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Refer to the product page for expected availability. Please note that these dates are estimates, and are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping (United States):
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping:  Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
    • Please note that customs and import duties may apply, and customers are responsible for these charges.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

  • Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, especially during peak seasons, inclement weather, or customs processing for international orders.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at oulalashopp@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
